Returns & Exchanges

It's no problem to get an exchange or a refund. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 7 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

 

To return an item, simply complete the return form sent with your order and send it to: The Eco Bath Company, Unit 35-36 New Lynderburg Industrial Estate, New Lynderburg Street, London SE7 8NE, United Kingdom.

 

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. The Eco Bath Company Limited will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.

 

If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address shown under Returns & Exchanges. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.

Stock Availability

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict.

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.

 

If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.

Prices & Tax Charges

All prices are shown in sterling and include 20 % VAT on adult’s product and 0% VAT on children’s product

 

If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be dispatched with your goods. Local import duties may be payable by you on receipt.

We will always treat the information we collect from you as personal and confidential. Your details will only be used to complete orders, provide you with the best possible service and, if you have requested, to enable us to send you information about promotional offers and new products or services.

 

Your personal information will not be passed or sold to any third party or company (unless we are legally obliged to) without your permission.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
